Withdrawal from School
To withdraw from the school the student should report to the guidance office with a copy of travel orders and a letter of request for withdrawal from the sponsor stating the last day of school. Every attempt should be made to inform the guidance office as soon as possible in advance of the date the student(s) will withdraw from school.
Two days before the student's withdrawal, he/she should obtain a school clearance form from the Registrar and have the form initialed by school authorities as required. This form must be returned to the Registrar before the end of the student's final day in school.
Upon the receipt of the school clearance form, the Registrar will issue a copy of the student's unofficial transcript, report card, and health records to assist with the enrollment at the receiving school. Official records will be forwarded to the receiving school upon official request from the school. If parents want an official transcript, please submit the request three days in advance.
