Transcripts
School records are maintained in the guidance office for 4 years following the date of withdrawal or graduation. During this time you may request records from the school. During the fifth year transcripts are maintained at the DoDDS Europe Area Office. The address when requesting transcripts is:

At the end of the fifth year, transcripts are retired to the Educational Testing Service (ETS) where they will be maintained for fifty years. More information can be found at http://www.dodea.edu/students/transcripts.cfm#2.
REMEMBER: No transcript will be provided without appropriate written authorization and signature of either the parent/guardian or student if he/she is 18 years or older except when requested by a receiving school.
