School Lunch Information
There is no cafeteria within Mannhiem High School. Therefore we have an open-campus policy that allows students several options. Students may bring lunch to be eaten here at school. Food may be consumed, during Lunch-time only, in one of two designate locations - in the MultiPurpose Room, or in the Student Lounge. At the teacher's discretion, students may also eat in a teacher's classroom during lunch . Eating is not allowed in the hallways.
Middle School Cafeteria
There is a cafeteria at Mannhiem Middle School, which is reached by exiting the back gate of the high school and walking over the bridge to the Middle School. It is an AAFES School Meal Program Facility. Further information on meal tickets and menu may be obtained at the AAFES School Meal Program Website.
Community Fast Food
There are several Fast Food establishments on both Benjamin Franklin Village and Sullivan Barracks, within walking distance during the student's lunch period. They include Burger King, Anthony's Pizza, Subway, Gyros, Primo's at the Strike Zone, Taco Bell, and Popeye's. Student may also walk to the AAFES Shoppette for packaged lunch food items.
School Store - Fund Raiser Lunch Sales
On most school days, snack and lunch items such as hotdogs, chips and drinks, are available at the School Store, located in the MultiPurpose Room of the high school. Student activity organizations sponsor these lunch-time food sales to raise money for their programs. Pizza, sub sandwiches, spaghetti, baked potatoes, frito pies are sometimes available.
